Standard shipping is FREE for all orders greater than $10 or £5. For orders less than this amount, a shipping fee of $3.95 will apply.
In the United States: Fully paid orders submitted by 3pm PT / 6pm ET will be shipped the same day if the items are in stock. Fully paid orders submitted after 3pm PT / 6pm ET will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once you place your order.
Countries other than the United States: Fully paid orders will be dispatched immediately from Rwanda using the standard (and reliable) postal service, in packages of 2kg or less. Customers in Europe can expect delivery within a period of 10 working days. Customers elsewhere can expect delivery within a period of 15 working days. For orders that are significantly large (e.g., in excess of 1,000 cards) we will dispatch by FedEx or another bulk carrier and customers can expect delivery typically within 4 working days.

Customers in the United States are eligible for a full refund on unused merchandise for 30 days from order. If you would like an exchange, return the items you do not want, and order the items you do want from this online store.
To return your item Contact Us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
We will issue you an RMA number. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number written on it. Return shipping charges are not covered by our refund. Send returns to the following address:

If you choose to mail your shipment via the US Postal Service, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. FedEx and UPS ground automatically insure packages for up to $100.
